Guidelines for obtaining visa

Telex (Clearance) form:

1. Collect the telex form (clearance form) counter and fill up neatly. It should be done one Form per person basis. The filled form shall be submitted at Visa Counter.
2. After submitting Telex form, Deposit telex fee of NRs. 300/- at Cash Counter.
3. KEEP THE FEE RECEIPT PROPERLY as the applicant will be required to present the same at the time of applying for Visa.
4. Transit Visa seekers are not required to submit Telex Form as Transit Visa is granted on the same day of submitting the Visa Application form.
